43rd Annual Candlelight Tour of Homes

The Marietta Candlelight Tour is one of the oldest, continuous Holiday Tours in Pennsylvania. Each year generous and committed residents of Marietta and the surrounding locale provide a treat for loyal tour goers and those experiencing the Candlelight Tour for the first time. It is not unusual to overhear visitors stating this is their 10th or 15th year!

As the Tour grows in popularity the Marietta Restoration Associates is challenged to maintain the quality of the Tour and provide a pleasant experience for all. That challenge is accepted and met as evidenced by the splendid array of private homes and public buildings open the day of the Tour. In addition to decorated homes and public buildings the Tour offers a wide variety of Special Events to enjoy.

This is a walking tour, however, a free shuttle bus is available from the main parking area as well as site to site service. Marietta is proud of its Tour, community, residents and heritage and welcomes the opportunity to share this special place we call “home”.

Funds generated by the Tour are utilized in the maintenance of the Old Town Hall, The Union Meeting House and the Bank Building and restoration of the Musselman/Vesta Office Building (a cooperative effort with Rivertownes PA USA) and our newest project the Historic Marietta Theatre.

Plans are currently underway for this year's Tour. Tickets are available for purchase through this web site. Ticket costs for this year's Tour will be $15 in advance and $18 the day of the Tour.
