Meet the Board

Ali Marquart MRA President and Executive Board Member
Ali moved to Marietta after graduating from Millersville University in 2021. Ali has been active in the community for over 3 years helping with Candlelight Tour, Haunted Marietta, and other local events. In her new role as President, Ali is looking forward to helping MRA continue to restore Old Town Hall, Union Meeting House, and all of Marietta’s history. 
Marjie Walsh MRA Vice President and Executive Board Member
Marjorie (Marjie) Walsh and her husband Alan moved to Marietta in 2021. Marjie lived in Lancaster County since 1991 when she graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with Art History and Classics degrees. History has always been an interesting topic for Marjie so living in an historic town is perfect. Marjie enjoys, reading, gardening, and organizing, so she is looking forward to diving into all the History of Marietta in Old Town Hall.
Cheryl Myers MRA Treasurer and Executive Board Member
Cheryl and her husband Joe have visited Marietta many times over the years and fell in love with this small river town.  They moved here in 2016 and have since opened their home on East Market Street for the Candlelight Tour.  Cheryl is an active member of the MRA and Candlelight Tour Committee.​
Meghan Fisher MRA Board Secretary - Executive Board member
Meghan moved to Marietta over 10 years ago after graduating from Temple University. Meghan, her husband, Kyle and their daughter reside on W. Walnut St. After living in town for a few years on her own, Meghan felt this was the perfect place to raise a family of her own. Meghan is an active member of the MRA board helping with events, Union Meeting House upkeep, and is our acting secretary. 
Ronna Clark
Ronna and husband Joe moved to Marietta after retirement, looking for a small town with history. They fell in love with all the preserved 18th century architecture and the sense of pride and community. They live on West Front Street in a home that has been renovated after several floods.
Eydie Harrington
​Eydie and her husband Robert moved here from Arizona looking for a change. They fell in love with their home on West Market when they saw it on a Facebook site. They decided to Marietta was the perfect quaint little town for them.  They moved here in 2021 and participated in the 2022 Candlelight Tour.  Eydie is an active member of the MRA and the community. 
Katrina Hostetter
​
Katrina was born overseas and grew up traveling frequently because her dad was in the military. Her family moved back to this area after her father’s retirement. She is a graduate of Donegal High School.  Katrina and her husband, Matthew lived in Mt. Joy for several years and moved to Marietta in 2018. They reside on W Walnut St and are raising their family of 3 kids in Marietta. Matthew was born and raised here in Marietta as an 8th generation Mariettian with multiple generations still in town. They are proud and excited to be part of this community—whether it’s planning events, supporting local causes, or just loving the town that feels like home.
Caleb Lewis
Caleb is a military veteran who moved to Marietta 2 years ago. He lived in an apartment until this year when he bought a house on West Market Street, that was built about 125 years ago. Caleb cherishes Pennsylvania’s history and beautiful architecture! He loves to support local businesses, bars, and restaurants, and riding his bike on the river trail. He is looking forward to being a part of what MRA is contributing to the community!

Georgie Reardon
Georgie has been a member of MRA for the past 5 years. She is also active with the Marietta Christmas Tour Committee and is Mrs. Santa Claus during the Christmas season. She and her husband Pat have resided here for the last 6 years and love the small hometown feel of Marietta.
